Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and will be sent via the carrier specified in the listing, usually Royal Mail.

If the item is to be delivered to a different address other than your default eBay address then please add this before completing the purchase through eBay. We cannot accept address changes via email or via ''add message'.

UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE PRODUCTS

If you buy a product and wish to return it because it is unwanted or unsuitable, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it through eBay Messaging rather than opening a case, we accept returns of all products.

All returned items must be in the original condition they were sent.

If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you. Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund for them if they are in an unbroken and saleable condition.
