There IS shipping and storage wear (crease, bends and damage) to the retail packaging of the product itself as the transport packaging is not strong. Unfortunately this is something I have no control over. Therefore this product IS NOT for collectors who keep items in the retail packaging unless they don’t mind potential significant bends and damage to the retail packaging. The retail box will not be in perfect condition when you receive it and may have significant bends or damage to it.

The products themselves are shipped directly from China, even though my location says England, this is something I cannot change therefore there are lengthy timescales for items to arrive. Items normally take between two and three weeks to arrive to the UK and potentially longer for other countries. Products are also made in China. These are the reasons the products are so cheap.

If you make a mistake and do not want the item after purchase it you need to let me know before 5pm GMT the same night you purchase,. If you do this i will be able to refund you. If you do not contact me before this time I will not be able to refund you.
