The only item for sale in this listing is the dress displayed in the pictures. Other objects in the photos have only been used for props. They are NOT for sale.
We accept paypal and all major credit cards. Please contact us if you prefer to do a bank transfer.
- For custom-made dresses: your order will be dispatched 2 to 3 weeks after payment is cleared.
- For available stock dresses: your order will be dispatched 7 days after payment is cleared.
- All dresses from Dongguan Humen, China are shipped with DHL.
- DHL carrier do request a contact number. Your mobile phone number is only used by DHL for address verification. We will not use your mobile phone number for any other purpose, except to notify you that your order has arrived and will be delivered. There are instances when the individual will not be home and to avoid any delays, the buyer is contacted to arrange a delivery time to their availability.
- We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
- Postage is FREE.
Exchange & Returns
A dress can be returned or exchanged (of similar price) for whatever reason but it must be in it's original condition and packaging. It should also be unworn, clean, unaltered and undamaged.
Buyer must pay for all return postage costs.
Non-refundable Items
- There will be no refunds for dresses that have been damaged
