All items are collected via Royal Mail daily Monday-Friday at 4pm.  Cut off time for same day dispatch is 2.45pm. This item is sent via Royal Mail 24 service with delivery in 1-2 working days. If the items are needed sooner then please select a faster postage method. 

Returns:

I do accept returns within a 30 day period, if for any reason the item has a problem after that 30 day period has ended please contact me and I will aim to solve it for you. Any item that needs to be returned within the 30 day period, the postage needs to be paid by the buyer, once received and in the same condition as sent you shall then be fully refunded or a new item sent for free.
