 I gladly accept returns; read carefully the policy, please:

Returns completed solely through EBAY returns process. Do not send items to me without going through the returns section of the specific item on your my ebay page. 

-buyer pays return shipping as well as 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in condition in which it was sent, unworn, unused and with tags attached if applicable. 20% restock charge will be deducted from refund. Please don't request that this fee be bypassed. (Due to a major increase in fraudulent returns as of late, this fee is necessary for this 1-woman operation to keep on trucking. And anyone attempting to extort goods or funds will be promptly reported. I shan't be bullied and will stand firm against scammers even at risk of neg. feedback. eBay karma is real-I've seen it!-Do unto others....)

Returns must initiate within 14/30 (depending on listing) days of buyer receipt of item. No exceptions. If I suspect buyer to be using refunds in a fraudulent manner, I will, without a doubt, contact eBay to alert them to this possibility.
