Framed Howard Rees Watercolor Painting

Description and Item Information
Up for sale is this wonderful watercolor painting by the listed California artist, Howard Rees. Please excuse any glare in the photos. This piece depicts a Native American Indian on horseback, riding across a serene, snowy landscape. The sight area of the painting measures approximately 10 7/8 inches by 5 3/4 inches. This is matted and framed under glass. The exterior frame measurements are about 16 1/4 inches by 10 3/4 inches. Unpacked, this weighs 2 pounds 3.1 ounces. This piece would make a nice addition to a collection of American fine art, or it would look great in a rustic cabin or ranch decor.

Condition
The painting and matting both look very good, with no damage noted. The frame also looks good, with light wear. I have not examined the painting outside of the frame, as it was already nicely framed when I acquired it. Please review the photos, and ask any questions you may have prior to bidding or buying.

TERMS OF SALE (the not fun but unfortunately necessary fine print)

1. Sales Tax
Before merchandise is shipped to a California address (or picked up or delivered within California), a sales tax of 8% will be collected, unless the buyer provides a valid California resale certificate form by mail (or in person, in the case of pick up or delivery). The resale certificate must be properly filled out in accordance with California Board of Equalization regulations. No exceptions.

2. Payments
The buyer must prepay before merchandise is released. Paypal payments over $250 will only be accepted if delivery is to an address with a confirmed status. A signature will be required for delivery if the total Paypal payment for merchandise inside the parcel is greater than $250. Contact the seller in advance of bidding or buying to find out about accepted payment methods for local pick-ups or deliveries. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Shipping and Handling
Good packaging is included; double-boxing is not included. Framed art will not be shipped unframed. The seller typically ships on Mondays and Thursdays, unless a holiday or special circumstance precludes it. If payment is via Paypal, the merchandise will be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Economy shipping within the U.S. includes delivery to a physical address via an economy shipping method of the seller's choice. At the discretion of the seller, a faster shipping method may be utilized at no additional cost to the buyer. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping and handling costs may be required. In the above instances, the seller is happy to provide shipping quotes upon request.

If international shipping is available, this will be indicated on the "Shipping and Payments" tab. International shipping is not free for the buyer; shipping costs are not negotiable. Shipping quotes must be requested prior to all international bidding or buying. The seller will determine the international shipping method(s). Some merchandise may be too large to be shipped to certain countries. Some countries have restrictions or prohibitions on certain classes of merchandise. The seller will only use legal shipping methods. Customs forms will not be falsified.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the item is picked up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. The seller does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

4. Descriptions, Images, and Other Information
The seller makes every attempt to disclose damage to merchandise and to provide a detailed description and photos. Individual computers may display colors differently. The images and descriptions on this page may not be used without the express permission of the seller. All merchandise is sold "as is where is." The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from and against any and all liabilities and expenses, of whatever kind or nature, arising from or related to the use, misuse, resale, or redistribution of the merchandise. A person under the age of 18 must not bid or buy without the consent of their legal guardian. Fraudulent activity will be reported to eBay.

Acceptance of Agreement
By bidding or buying, the buyer acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the above terms and conditions as a binding agreement.
