All peppers were grown organically in 5 gallon pots. All pods were fully ripened on the plants to ensure maximum viability of the seeds. Each pod was hand processed to remove the seeds and cut into strips. Pods were sun dried on screens in the open air with care taken to lay each piece skin down to ensure the oils dried into the flesh. Only the seeds from the very best pods were saved and air dried.

For most of these peppers, 2 grams of dried peppers contains about 2-3 pods. With the stems and seeds removed you are getting nothing but pure, sweet, pepper meat.
