Custom Replacement Body and Engraved Bakelite Pickguard for Fender® Telecaster®
This is a custom made 2-piece alder body (body and pickguard ONLY) for a T-Style guitar. Each guitar we make is cut on a highly precise, high-end CNC machine. Advanced computer controlled machinery provides accuracy and consistency not matched by hand and precision cut routs, and is our standard method. The neck pocket is made to tightly fit a Warmoth, Mighty Mite, etc. replacement neck. We prefer a tight fit for better transfer of vibrations through the entire guitar. The guitar body is finished with grey stain and covered in our signature black Embossed Floral Paisley design, and is unlike anything previously available on the market. Our proprietary finish on this particular body is embossed-- the paisley design is "raised" and has a glossy appearance. The photos do not do this awesome finish justice! The body is sealed with a thin clear-coat, and is not the traditional "mirror" lacquer finish. Though this model appears to be well worn, we approach the "relic" process artistically and avoid abusive techniques to achieve a long-lived appearance. Much time and effort goes into the finishing process and the end result is a real work of art--each item truly unique!
Also included is your choice of either a black or white engraved Floral Paisley bakelite pickguard made from the same material Fender® used for their vintage instruments. The Paisley pickguard is our own unique design, made specifically for this particular body.
