2. Has PVC Pellets

3. UK not after P015 5TX on hang tag

4. No Comma between Oakbrook IL on hang tag

5. Extra space between Birth and colon on hang tag 

6. No stamp on inside of tush tag. 

8. Birth Date should be written out and not numerical
