One tablespoon of vanilla extract is equivalent to one vanilla bean.

Storage

Vanilla products are heat and light sensitive and hence we recommend you store the extract in a cool, dry and dark place, away from heat sources, high humidity levels and sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
