We are a small family run business in West Lothian, Scotland, who provide a high quality & professional service to our customers. With being independent this allows us a small amount of flexibility to assist our customers to the best of our ability. Shipping

UK domestic shipping is via Hermes Tracked door to door service. 2-5 day service.

Expedited Delivery will be provided by the most appropriate service depending upon your location. 24-48hr service.

International shipping for small items will the Royal Mail Standard International. For larger items a tracked service may be used depending upon your location. 5-30 day service.

We provide shipping at the price in which it costs us. We do not inflate our prices or add on any extra packaging costs to the final shipping charge.

If you would prefer a specific shipping service then please contact us prior to paying for your items.

Full Terms & Conditions
  • Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
  • Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
  • We accept PayPal payments ONLY.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
  • You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail
  • Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
  • Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID and appropriate photographs.
  • You are required to provide proof of posting when returning goods back to us. Should your returned goods go missing during transit to us, we cannot be held responsible for it's non arrival unless proof of postage was obtained by yourselves.
  • 7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above
  • All goods are sent via our chosen service provider which offers the best value to our customers.
  • Goods will be despatched no later than 2 working days of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of our postal service providers. Please be aware if we use Royal Mail 48 service this does not mean it's 48 hour service. Goods sent via this method may take up to 7 - 10 days to reach it's destination and longer if you reside on islands or other remote areas within the UK.
  • All items are sent via a tracked method of postage except for international customers unless our customers pay and request a tracked service. We do offer an expidited service however, we will have to charge you extra for this service.
  • We adhere to the distance selling regulations in the United Kingdom.
