What is the condition of the item?
All our parts are used but genuine manufacturer part unless otherwise stated.
Can you provide Combined Postage?
In most cases we can offer a better postage deal when items are bought together.
Purchase your items and send us a total request if your purchases  do not
automatically combine. Note: some items can only be packaged alone or may
exceed the weight for combined postage,
in these circumstances we cannot combine the postage.
We do however only ever charge the actual postage cost and in fact we
lose money as we do not ever charge for packaging materials and time unlike our competitors.

Don’t panic! Contact us as soon as you can to arrange a refund, return, or to see if we can help you find the correct part.
Payment options?
Yes, our preferred method of payment is PayPal, however to pay by card just choose card payment at checkout,
or message us for our bank details to pay by bank transfer.

Delivery
Delivery on orders is typically 1 – 2 working days. We do not send to PO box Addresses. International deliveries can be subject to time delays, 
you should be aware t
hat international shipping delays can occur due to customs and may
take 
longer than eBay’s given time scales, however contact us first if you experience
any issues with your delivery. We despatch within our business hours on
cleared payments, we keep despatching goods right up until our carriers
collect from us, so you get your orders super quick, just see our feedback.
Restrictions and surcharges will apply for orders which are dispatched via Post Office
or Courier to certain destinations, delivery surcharges are in addition to the postage
and packaging price stated on the item listing.
Surchargable areas are as follows:
Isles of Scilly, the Republic of Ireland. The Highlands and Islands of Scotland,

and some Scottish post codes.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man Channel Islands Courier and postal surcharges apply,

Items/Orders weighing over 2kg cannot be dispatched to the Republic of Ireland via Royal Mail, you

What if I Missed Courier Delivery's
We send you your tracking number via eBay so you can keep an eye on its progress.
But should you happen to miss the first or second delivery attempts,
You can re-arrange a delivery, or collect from the depot (note the courier will only make
two attempts before returning to sender).
Return to senders are chargeable to the customer, as are any subsequent deliveries, after
two delivery attempts have been made.
Request for a change of address will also require a re-delivery charge.
Returns
Our policy is always in the customer’s interest and so we will always replace incorrect or
faulty items before we will refund. Please note that to avoid the “trial and error” method of repair,
ECU’s and electrical items will only be exchanged or have a credit note issued against them.
It is the customers’ responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery
means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature – proof of postage is not the same 
as proof of delivery. AND the item MUST be very well packaged as any items returned 
damaged will not be refunded.

For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers’ responsibility
to keep them in a safe environment and return them in the same condition
in which they were supplied. Orders cancelled after despatch and parts
wrongly ordered/correctly supplied but no longer wanted may be subject to a handling charge/restocking 
fee of 20% and we will have to deduct our original postage cost

from the refund.
Any return postal charges are a direct cost to the customer and non-refundable.
Please send a message before returning any part and await our response before
returning any part. (Business hours apply) All returns should contain a copy of
your invoice OR your Order Ref and if possible a contact telephone number
​ and e-mail address.

Parts compatibility
If you want to confirm if a part will be suitable for your vehicle, please check against
any part numbers/images/full spec/condition & description details,
or contact us beforehand by email or phone with your Vehicle registration, and our
advisors can check for you, or help you know how to check. An increasing number of
our listings in our Store are meeting the requirements set out by eBay by
providing vehicle fitment compatibility information, but again, this is only provided
as a guideline and should not be regarded as accurate, we have no control
over eBay’s compatibility data.
Warranty
Warranty on parts is 14 days. See conditions below.
A warranty of 30 days is supplied free of charge with all parts. Warranties are

non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other purchases.
Each part will be checked for condition and tested where appropriate before
leaving our premises. We are however reliant upon considerate handling by
the courier company. In the event an item is found to be damaged in freight, notify
us of the damage within 48 hours. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be
deemed conclusive evidence of the buyers’ acceptance of these Terms. Title of goods
shall remain expressly ours until paid for in full.
Warranty is effective from the date of invoice. We always aim to despatch items quoted as being Next 
Working Day delivery on the day payment is processed, 
subject to the order being placed before
our deadline. We cannot however be held responsible for goods not delivered on this basis
by a 3rd party courier.  
Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only, it expressly excludes any
consequential loss and fitting/labour charges. Any part tampered with

or dismantled in any way will invalidate the warranty. All engines and gearboxes will
usually be drained of all fluids for carriage. It is the customers 
responsibility to refill prior to
use as any damage incurred as a result of not doing so will again invalidate this warranty.
It is strongly recommended 
that a new timing belt be fitted to any engines that we supply,
and that all units be installed, maintained and adjusted by a qualified technician.
