On sale is a cover (or set of covers) only, not a piece of furniture (Housse seulement - pas de meuble, Nür Bezug - kein Möbel)! We make every effort to provide an accurate description and photos. However, photos are illustrative only as most of our items are sealed and we do not take each one out and photograph it. Colour rendering can vary greatly on different computer monitors, and whilst these are genuine Ikea products they also warn that there may be slight colour variations from product to product.
It is strongly recommended that you check this product is right for your needs before purchase, and ask us if you are unsure for any reason. If however you have received an item and then have doubts or questions, it is essential that you keep the packaging completely intact (including any plastic seal) and unopened (or as you received it), then contact us to discuss. Once the packaging is compromised even slightly, it affects the resale value. Naturally your rights are protected in the unlikely case of a product being faulty or not as advertised, provided you inform us within 7 days of receipt.
Postage & Collection information:
To ensure safe delivery of items of high value a signature upon delivery may be required. In some cases, items may be purchased together for a cost saving on postage. As this cannot be guaranteed, please enquire before purchase of the first item if you are interested.

To save you postage costs, I do offer free collection but request cash on collection. However, I no longer offer it as part of the listing due to too many collection transactions proceeding through Paypal. If you would like to save costs by picking up, please contact me in advance.
