Items purchased online can be returned direct to us within 30 days from the day of dispatch for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for this, the product must not have been worn, and be in brand new condition, as we cannot accept scratched or damaged products for refund or exchange. You must return all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.

We process all refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email once this has been completed. We aim to complete all refunds within 3 days however please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge.
We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us.
