I do not accept returns if the item has been accurately described. If you have any issues with any purchase, please contact me first so I can attempt to resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping: I try to ship they day after the item has been paid for. I try my best to keep your shipping charges to a minimum, but please understand the time and materials involved with packaging, protecting and shipping of your item.
International Shipping: I ship via USPS for all international shipments. All International shipments are shipped Priority mail because it comes with insurance and tracking so the cost may be more expensive. Since sellers are responsible for making sure the buyer receives their item, I need to make sure it has proper tracking. I pack very securely when shipping internationally and welcome international purchases.
Insurance: All items are insured. The only exception to that are first class international shipments.
Payment methods: Paypal only - I respectfully request payment within 48 hours of purchase. If this is not done, please communicate if there are any issues.
Fine Print: All international buyers must pay the exact freight amount for items purchased. Upgraded shipping is available upon request. You will receive an email with tracking information once the item ships. ( except for international shipments ) Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands may incur additional shipping charges.
Negative Feedback really hurts, especially unfair Feedback. Please give me an opportunity to make things right if you are not satisfied.
