Speed/pace and distance

Speed (km/h or mi/h) is measured with GPS, footpod, stride sensor or cycling speed sensor. Pace (expressed as min/km or min/mile) stands for the rate of speed. Pace is usually used in running. By setting a target pace, you can follow how fast you need to run in order to reach a certain distance in a predefined time.

You can define your target zones for a training session based on speed. When you are out of the preset zones, the training computer will give a visual and audible alarm.

Race Pace

Race Pace allows you to set a target speed/pace for a certain distance. It then helps pacing the run or ride by showing the current speed/pace and by telling in time, how much you are behind or ahead of the set target.


ZoneOptimizer

Adjusts personal sport zones for every training session based on your current physiological condition. This feature gives you the right heart rate zones depending on your physiological state at that exact moment, making sure that the you are always training at the right intensity.

Polar Fitness Test

Polar Fitness Test measures your aerobic fitness at rest in just five minutes. The result, Polar OwnIndex, evaluates your maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max). With the Polar Fitness Test you can measure your aerobic fitness by yourself, automatically and without any exertion. All you need is your training computer. The Polar Fitness Test is as accurate in predicting the VO2max as any sub maximal fitness test. The test is based on heart rate and heart rate variability at rest and personal information. Sport Profiles

Provide true multisport support with a swift switch between different sports during training. Paying for goods

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay.

When will your order be delivered?

We ship our products with the courier APC for delivery the next working day, if you pay before 3pm.  We class working days as Monday – Friday, excluding bank & public holidays.  You will receive and laptop, desktop or touch screen device before 12 and any smaller devices before 5:30 and you’ll need to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods.  The delivery will be attempted upto 3 times and no item will be left "safe" or with a neighbour.

Goods paid before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays).  Items ordered and paid for on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.  Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost.  If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us.  We’d be happy to help.

If you miss your delivery, a card will be left by the courier and you should contact APC to reschedule the delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries and therefore cannot offer any full or part refund on this basis.

Items damaged in transit

We pack our products well, but if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you can either refuse to take delivery of the item or sign for the item as “damaged”.  It may also be the case that you realise that the item is damaged after taking delivery of the goods.  In all cases please notify us within 12 hours of the delivery and we’ll be in touch with you to help resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  You can contact us via eBay messages (please refrain from opening a case), or on 01543 227000, Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm.

Auctions

If an item is active and has bids, we cannot end an auction early for a “buy it now” price. Your right to cancel the order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of payment being received. If you would like to cancel an order and return an item to us, please contact us via eBay.  We will then provide you with shipping information and will refund you once the item is received back. The cost of returning items to Stock Must Go LTD is payable by you.

Our No-Quibble 90 Day Warranty

Stock Must Go supplies stock either as fully tested and working, or as “faulty, for spares or repair”.  Our obligations for these two types of stock differs, so it is important that you read and understand our warranty information.  Our warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Tested & Working Stock

Every item that Stock Must Go supply as fully tested and working is covered by our no-quibble 90 day warranty return to base warranty.

The 90 day period begins from the date of delivery.  If during this period, your item develops a fault, you should contact us on 01543 227000.  We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault over the phone, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions.

The cost of shipping faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.  Repaired items will be returned to the customer at no extra charge. 

Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however misuse or customer induced damage is not included.  If you have accidentally damaged your product, it’s likely that we’ll be able to repair the item for a very reasonable price.  Please call us and have a chat with one of our technicians.

We advise that the use of 3rd party (non-original) chargers and batteries with your laptop or tablet may cause problems and will invalidate your warranty. 

Stock that we sell as faulty, for spares or repair 

Items that we supply as “faulty, for spares or repair” are sold as described and do not carry a warranty. We advise you to ask any questions you have about the item, the parts/components that work or are included before you make any bid or purchase.
