TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our technician has prepared this instrument and performed a set up before we ship. If you are not happy with your instrument, you may return it to us. Buyer pays shipping and handling both ways unless we ship the wrong item.
We follow the Standard Business Practices of the Flute Industry and provide a 3 day in home acceptance period. If we do not hear from you, upon the 4th day the instrument is considered sold due to the delicate nature of this instrument.
During the review period please
Review and toot the flute gently and if needed review with a teacher or technician.
Do not take to school band, orchestra, audition, clean, hand polished with any cloth.
Once the flute has been used or taken to school band, orchestra, audition, we cannot accept a return.
Do not make modifications. Once modifications including polish have been made, we will not accept a return.
Please note a standard technical shop review may cost $50 - $150, and a technician may make minor changes to place their or the customers demands upon the instrument.
Under no circumstance shall Winds101 be held accountable for work performed by anyone outside of Winds101 Company.
TAX
Customers residing outside of MI, USA may be responsible for tax such as General Sales Tax GST, Value Added Tax VAT or any tax levied by your country province state etc
