Shipping Policy

1. We ship daily, excluding holidays and weekends, to a confirmed PayPal Address only within the United States.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and tracking information will be updated to your order details.
2. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or protectorate addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.   
3. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, there may be an extra shipping Surcharge fee to Non Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

International Shipping

1. All international orders will be processed via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.  Once you place your order, you will see the final shipping and import charges.

Return Policy

1. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives to you damaged and/or defective.  Please do not return the item without an RMA number.
2. All returned products must be shipped back to AVToyStore within 14 days of your RMA confirmation.
3. All RMA items must be returned including all of the original manufacturer packaging, and include all manufacturer accessories as they were shipped to you.
4. All returns are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.
