Shipping

We deliver products using Australia Post, Startrack or Toll. Shipping to Australia address is FREE for most products. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. Brisbane Costumes ships goods Australia wide and internationally.

Combined Postage

We are happy to provide combined postage if you purchase multiple items. You need to commit to buy them through eBay by clicking the BUY IT NOW button for all the items you want, BUT DO NOT PAY for each item as you go - click the continue shopping button until you have all the items you require. Then email us to let us know you have finished shopping and we will combine your purchases onto the one invoice and discount the postage price for you. We then email you the invoice so you can make one payment for the total owing.

Please be aware posting to a PO Box may not be available for all items and may also be delayed 5-7 days for delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Warranty periods

Standard warranty period is 30 days for manufacturing faults.

We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:

• There is a manufacturing fault with the item, or
• The wrong item was sent to you.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue.

Incorrect Item Sent, or Faulty Item Sent

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to organise an replacement/or correct item. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised. Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, we can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.

Return Of Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you don't want an item that you purchased, then you may return it subject to a few conditions:

• Postage costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer.
• Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in original condition.

Please note original shipping costs are not refundable. If the item is not returned in original condition no refund will be possible.

Due to the personal nature of many of our items we may not be able to accept an item for exchange if it has been worn, so please choose your product carefully! Please message us if you need to return a costume.
