About Us
Infinite Cycles is a Utah based bicycle shop with three locations in addition to our web presence. We are the Cannondale Experts and have a passion for all things Cannondale. We are happy to answer technical questions you may have about your Cannondale and the parts you may need.
Combined Shipping
If you are purchasing multiple items and would like combined shipping rates, please purchase all items but do not pay yet. In "My eBay" you may request an invoice from the seller. We will adjust shipping rates and you'll receive an updated invoice. Shipping cannot be refunded once payment is received.
Payment
We accept PayPal for eBay orders. We are unable to take eBay orders over the phone and orders must be completed through the eBay checkout system online.
Returns
If you need to return an item within 14 days, please contact us through the eBay messaging system before sending it back. We will provide instructions for you to return your order. If you change your mind or order the wrong thing, we will happily accept new, unused, uninstalled items within that period. Used items will not be accepted. New items returned after 14 days but less than 90 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees will not be refunded and return shipping will not be refunded.
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us so we can work with you on correcting the situation. Any warranty situations will need to be addressed through the item's manufacturer and we will provide instruction on what to do. Defective items will be replaced or returned at our discretion and we will handle the return shipping. We will not refund your shipping back to us unless specifically stated.
