We accept most methods of payment although we do prefer PayPal. We accept all major credit card payments over the phone and you can pay by cash on collection, bank transfer or cleared cheque.

We aim to dispatch the goods within 3 to 4 working days of payment. This allows us to source the materials from stock, package, and arrange collection. In reality this is likely to be within 24 hours dependant on how busy we are. To this extent with 24-48 hour courier transit you would normally expect your goods within 2-5 working days. If you are particularly keen on speedier delivery please contact us and we will advise on the best we can do for you. We welcome all orders, national or international using the Ebay Global Shipping Programme.  Items are posted via  Interlink Express on a 24/48 hour service ( dependant on location) and you will receive confirmation email from us the evening before or on the day of collection. All despatched items are covered for insurance in transit and prior to shipping there are timescales and procedures on any claims if damage or loss occurs. These timescales are implemented by the couriers and are beyond our control, also to avoid fraud and for the benefit of both the buyer and ourselves, we record all item serial numbers and security mark all of our systems.

All of our Monitors, Pc's, printers and peripherals are subject to a 30 Day RTB hardware warranty unless the listing specifies otherwise in the main text. To this extent if you receive your product not working from damage in transit or any other reason, or within 30 days of receipt your product  develops a problem you are entitled to a replacement ( stock dependant) or a RTB full refund at your choice. This does not cover software and download related issues, third party repaired items, and items modified in any way - it is a hardware failure warranty only. In this case please contact us for the return address information. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund your original purchase amount in full. We must receive the returned goods within 7 days of notification of a problem. Products not cleared for return by us or received after this timescale cannot be refunded. Please note that returns P+P costs are paid for by the buyer without exception.

Some of our products may still be covered on their manufacturer’s warranty, if this is the case it will be detailed in the product description. Please note that all products sold carry an individual, traceable serial number and UV pen markings, and products  have photos taken prior to despatch also showing any distinguishing features. Variation in these will invalidate warranty.
