Shipping Policy

The handling time on shipping is 1-2 business days.  I usually get it out the next day after payment is received.  I will send it standard 2-5 day shipping.  If for some reason you need the shipment expedited, please contact me.  I would be more than happy to make arrangements for you.  I try to ensure that everything arrives in good time and in good condition.  NOTE:  Any item being shipped international will take more time to receive than any items that are shipped from the USA.

Return Policy

My policy on the listing states that I accept returns within fourteen days of when the item is delivered.  But I understand that special situations occur and I am really good about accepting returns even after the fourteen days is up.  All new, unused items can be returned.  All returns must be in the original condition and must include the original packaging and content intact.  Returns should be packaged in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging. It must be returned in the same condition that it was received, I will issue the refund, once the supplier issues the refund it will be issued to you the same day.  I also will pay for the return shipping. NOTE: Seller will only pay for return items & restocking fees if damaged. I will forward you the suppliers address and the RMA number (return merchandise authorization). A tracking number must be used or the supplier will not guarantee a refund. Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied or feel mis-lead with the description I have given you, please let me know and I will do my best to make sure you are taken care of.

If for whatever reason you need to contact me, please contact me through eBay.  Just send me a message where it says, "Contact Seller."  I check my eBay account daily and will get back to you within twenty four hours.

I only accept payment through PayPal.
