Faulty Goods

If for any reason the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by ourselves, providing they are returned within 14 days in their original condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags, they will be replaced FOC or your money refunded

Please note we only pay postage charges the same as dispatched, if you wish to send an item back by Recorded or courier then you will need to pay the extra costs.

Returns must be accompanied by a covering letter and a copy of the sales invoice.

Horse Rugs

Any horse rugs returned with hair, mud or smell of smoke on them will not be refunded and will be subject to a further delivery cost to be resent out.

Horse rugs that have been worn and any clips that get damaged will not be replaced due to no one being able to control what a horse does whilst in a stable or field.

Goods Ordered in Error

If for any reason the goods are ordered in error or do not fulfill your requirements, providing they are returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days, they will be replaced or your money refunded (delivery charges excluded).

Return of Goods with FREE POSTAGE

Any item returned for a refund that has been sent with FREE POSTAGE will still have the postage amount deducted from the REFUND money

Errors

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information on our Ebay site is accurate, just occasionally mistakes may occur. 

If we discover an error in the description of a product you will be contacted and offered a choice to either continue with your order or cancel.

If we discover an error in the price, you will be contacted and offered a full refund. If you are happy with the revised price we will ask that you resubmit your Ebay order. 

All descriptions regarding size, colour and construction are given as a guide. Every effort is made to maintain accuracy but slight variations may occur. Images are provided for illustration purposes only and where indicated, may show one aspect of a product but not another, i.e. style but not colour. 

Providing goods are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order for Next Day delivery. All orders sent via Royal Mail or courier.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be made.
