Every item is carefully packaged using shoe boxes and plain packaging to ensure safe and discreet shipment to you.

We take great care packaging every item(s) to ensure safe shipment to you.

We charge a shipping fee for international sellers. We offer free domestic postage unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within 1 working day.

All items dispatched are packaged with a shoe box and a plain mail bag, to ensure discretion and confidence for our customers.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Payment to Bigbeautifulfeet is expected within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements have  been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay.

A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. Bigbeautifulfeet are reasonable and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, we have no problems accommodating special circumstances.

By entering a bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract
to purchasing the item described above. Please do not bid if you
are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies,

We at Bigbeautifulfeet hope you are happy with your purchase but if the item does not fit or is unsuitable you can return it for an exchange/refund within 7 working days only.

All returning items will be inspected so please ensure when trying shoes on for size and fit, they are worn indoors on a carpeted surface only. Items must be returned UNWORN, in its original box in a saleable condition* (*Saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received as, unworn in their original state, with any original tags and packaging).

Items must be returned in a secure outer packaging. In cases where you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team so we can make notes on your file.

We will cover the cost of postage as long as you have proof of receipt. In cases where an exchange is required please note customers are requested to pay P+P for the redelivery of the new item.

If the required item is not available for an exchange we will inform you. In case where a refund is required please note customers will be issued a refund excluding postage and package charges in any/every and all circumstances unless item is faulty or incorrect item was sent.

Please note return postage costs will only be reimbursed if an item is deemed faulty, or if an incorrect item has been sent. We will refund the amount on to which method the original payment was made. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing your refund and 7 days for all records to be updated and amount to be cleared.
