Limited Warranty on Ribbit Computers Desktop Computer Systems

The "Three Year Standard Warranty" covers three years labor and one year parts. The "Four Year Extended Warranty" covers four years labor and two years parts. The "Five Year Extended Warranty" covers five year labor and three years parts.

Ribbit Computers warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified in the warranty included with the purchase from the original date of invoice. During this period, Ribbit Computers will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Ribbit Computers option, without charge to you. All original parts replaced by Ribbit Computers or its authorized service centers, become the property of Ribbit Computers. You are responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this limited warranty.

Ribbit Computers, makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below. Ribbit Computers makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Except as provided below, Ribbit Computers is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall Ribbit Computers be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and unless otherwise noted, exclude shipping, handling and any taxes that may be imposed where you reside. Terms of payment are within RIBBIT COMPUTERS's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing by RIBBIT COMPUTERS, payment must be received by RIBBIT COMPUTERS before RIBBIT COMPUTERS's acceptance of an order. RIBBIT COMPUTERS may invoice parts of an order separately. RIBBIT COMPUTERS is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by RIBBIT COMPUTERS and we reserve the unilateral right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Ship to Store (5-7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.

Ship to Store:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to our Alaska stores will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.

Second Day:

Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Next Day:

Next Day delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
