This is a G1 Vintage My Little Pony 10th Anniversary Birthday Pony! She is so pretty (see photos for full description) and is hard to find with her streamer ribbons in good condition.

Eyes: Excellent. 
Hair:  All plugs are present. No tail rust or trims. Tinsel has only mild crinkling. She still has her original streamer ribbons in pretty good condition (see photos).
Body: Excellent. No age spots. Tiny black dot on the tip of the right ear. Few little marks on her left hind leg (I cannot tell if they are all just factory paint or other tiny marks. 
Symbols: Excellent

She has been gently cleaned to help restore her to her to as close to her original condition as possible! She has freshly styled hair and she is wearing a replacement ribbon to get her all ready for display! She would be a wonderful addition to your collection. Please contact me with any questions! For example, shipping one pony to Canada in a padded envelope costs about $9. Shipping to other places, such as South Africa, UK, Finland, Netherlands, Australia costs about $13.00 for one regular pony in a padded envelope. I use the First Class International service to ship ponies to keep shipping costs to a minimum for you. Unfortunately, this service does not allow for insurance and can take several weeks. I am open to using another service if you would prefer! Feel free to ask me for international quotes and I will be happy to respond. I usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
