Ambassador Group Ltd (T/A Ambassador Car Mats) is a UK based company founded in 1989.
All of our products are made right here in the north of England using only the finest quality European materials.
We pride ourselves on our ultra quick service, high quality products and excellent customer service.
We aim to have all items delivered to UK Mainland addresses in no more than 2-3 working days, and should you have any issues, our team of dedicated customer service personnel will be happy to address and resolve any problems for you in the swiftest & most courteous way possible.

Payment
PayPal is the quickest and most secure way to pay for your eBay items. Immediate PayPal payment will result in us being able to get your items to you in 2-3 working days (UK Mainland).
However, we can also accept Credit or Debit Card payments (call us on 01257 472 315), Postal Orders AND Personal Cheques if you wish to pay using any of these methods.

Shipping
All of our larger items (e.g. car mat sets) are sent via 24 hour tracked courier to ALL UK Mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands - shipments to these areas are sent via 48 hour tracked courier.)
99% of orders will be shipped within 1 working day after receiving CLEARED payment. Some orders may only be shipped within 2 working days if we are experiencing a very busy period, or if we are waiting on materials/logos. Nearly all orders are delivered in 2-3 working days.
If there are any issues with your order that could result in a delay, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Small items (e.g. Velcro, seat belt pads) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service, so they are usually with you within 2-3 working days.
We use Parcelforce for our courier service, as they are the UK's biggest and most reliable courier company. If you are not in to accept delivery when it is attempted, a card will be left for you allowing you to re-arrange delivery online, or you will be able to collect the item from your local Post Office.
Terms
All of our items are made for, and by, Ambassador Group Ltd in the north of England for the "Ambassador Car Mats" brand.
We DO NOT sell any genuine/original equipment (OEM) items/parts unless it is clearly specified in the item title. Nor do we claim that any of our items are original equipment.
Customers should read the title and description of each listing in full before purchasing to ensure that the item they are planning to purchase is compatible with their vehicle, or is suitable for the intended use.
If any customer is unsure that the item they wish to purchase is suitable for them, they should contact us via eBay prior to purchasing so that we can answer any questions and direct them to the correct item if necessary.
If a customer has a problem with their order, we will be more than happy to address these issues and offer a swift resolution.
Returns
To comply with eBay's rules, ALL items can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days.
If the item is damaged and/or faulty when you receive it, then we will cover the cost of return postage or we will offer you a suitable replacement item.
If the item is being returned for any other reason (e.g. customer has changed their mind or they just don't like it) then the customer MUST pay for return postage.
Any items being returned to us for the reasons stated above (i.e. change of mind) must be suitably packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We will issue a full refund (including original P&P costs) upon receipt of the item in unused & undamaged condition.
