We ship to domestic USA addresses via UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS. We will select the best method for your destination.

We ship Monday through Friday, within 2 business days of your cleared payment.

All shipments are fully insured at no extra charge.

Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we have made an error in the listing or the item is defective.

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned unopened within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition with the original packaging and packing slip. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

After we receive your item, you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift-wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skin care, hair care, or make-up items due to health reasons.
