Vintage Collectible Retro Porcelain Musical Dog Decanter.

So Cute with his plaid jacket and bow tie. 

The decanter is in Excellent Condition and  has no cracks or chips, 

It has never been filled and musical mechanism comes on when lifted (wound by turning decanter clockwise) still works and plays beautifully.
