We have plenty of stock, we only list a small quantity of each item on eBay - if you need us to add more just send us a message and we will change the quantity to enable you to buy more.
We have allowed an extra few days in the delivery time to ensure we exceed expectations, if you need your item quickly, just drop us a message and we confirm what the quickest time we get get the item to you.
Our decorative lighting takes a little longer and can be up to 7 days and you will be kept informed fully of delivery, however if you need it quicker we do offer an express next day service, please just ask us for a quote.
Once you receive your goods, please check them straight away so any issue can be rectified quickly, please check the item is what you were looking for before removing packaging. We have a very flexible returns policy, but items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent, this particularly applies to lamp shades which cannot be returned if the protective covering is removed.
For delivery everything is sent using a tracked parcel service, if you select a fast service we use Interlink which will update with "follow my parcel" giving you time slots going down to 15 minutes. For long parcels are sent using TNT.
For non mainland UK or Scottish Highlands. items that cannot be sent by Royal Mail small parcels we have to charge a premium.
Please request a quote, we do not look to make money from carriage and where possible subsidise the cost.
