| When placing an order, please take care to purchase the style, colour and size that you require and provide the correct address with payment as all orders are processed automatically. Any amendments made after the order is placed will cost £1 per order if we are able to change them before the order is dispatched, as it is a difficult process and time consuming. |

- Repeat the process for all the items you require.
- Once finished purchasing proceed to check out. Your total will be calculated and eBay will automatically combine the postage costs for all your garments (if it doesn't contact us and we will combine your order).
- Select the postage option require (overseas orders can only select Airmail service)

| Postage costs |
At checkout if applicable eBay will automatically combine the postage costs for all the garments you buy from our shop, even if they are different styles. If eBay doesn't combine them just let us know and we will combine your order. If you pay for multiple items separatelywe won't be able to refund you the difference.
U.K. orders can select between Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day, 1st class or 2nd class. Europe and overseas order are posted by Royal Mail's Airmail service.

All our garments are sent within 1 day of receiving cleared payment. Delivery to European and overseas countries can sometimes take a bit longer due to minor delays while in transit or due to custom checks or border control.

| If your order is too large to fit through the letter box or a signature is required when you are not home, your order will be sent to your local collection depot. You should collect it from there as soon as possible, if not it will be returned to us. We will have to pay to resend your order, therefore you will need to repay postage costs before we can post your order again. |

| Once you have chosen all your garments, please proceed to the checkout. If applicable at the checkout your total will be calculated and eBay will automatically combine the postage costs for all your garments (if it doesn't then please contact us and we will combine your order).Please do this before you pay as we cannot combine and refund any postage costs after payment has been received. |

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you are not and you would like to exchange your order for a different size and/or colour you can send it back to us for free using the sticker provided on the delivery note (U.K. orders only). You will have to pay the postage costs for us to send you the replacement garment (£1.99 for the 1st item and £1 for each additional item) and an exchange fee of £1 per garment. The exchange fee is to cover the labour of inspecting, stocking your original order and preparing your new order as well as packing it and posting it to you. Please include a copy of your delivery note with the new requirements inside the return package. Our exchange policy is 14 days.
Please note that we can only exchange unworn and unwashed garments that you return within 14 days of receiving. If a washed or worn garment is sent to us, we won't be able to exchange it and you will still have to pay postage costs so the worn/washed garment can be returned to you. |

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you are not and would like to return your order you can send it back to us for free using the sticker provided on the delivery note (U.K. orders only). We will refund you the price of the garment minus the return fee of £2.99 per garment. The return fee is to cover the labour of inspecting, stocking and the time the process of cancelling a transaction and processing the refund takes. Please include a copy of your delivery note with the reason for return inside the package. Our returns policy is 14 days.
