Includes Two Molds

Including two different sized molds, this press can make 1/6 or 1/4 lb. burgers. The smaller green mold is designed to flatten 2.7 oz. of meat, meanwhile the larger gray mold works with 4 oz. of meat. To easily scoop consistent measurements and quickly form balls of hamburger, use green #12 or gray #8 dishers (sold separately). Both molds create 5" diameter burgers, so you can use the same-sized bun for all patties! Thanks to its interchangeable molds and knock-out discs, switching between patty sizes is not a problem.

Holds 100 Sheets of Patty Paper

In addition to the molds, this press comes with a plastic liner and is capable of holding 100 sheets of patty paper with holes (sold separately). Each material assists with easily ejecting the formed patty, as well as keeping your machine clean.

Aluminum Construction

This unit is made of durable die-cast aluminum to stand up to heavy use.

Convenient Handle

The handle provides greater leverage and a convenient grip when forming patties.
