They are "Titles" and worn above all orders and medals.
Impeccable service of 10, 15 and 20 years with Roman numerals belong to the KGB organization. We decided not to mark them as "KGB" on the poster.
3 Years of the October Revolution medal is very "illusive" decoration. It is the first medal of the Bolshevik regime. The Soviet medal collectors are always debating whatever to include this medal in to the overall Soviet collection, due to its limited official standing. This medal would be considered "transitional". It is made in the style of Russian Imperial decorations, featuring a wire loop for the red ribbon tie.
Foreign medal variations for 3 medals, 100 Years of Lenin's Birth, 30 years of victory in WWII and 40 years of victory in WWII, are extremely significant. Unlike standard issues, these medals have no mention of services performed.
