You are bidding on a Vintage Meyer NewYork USA 5M Medium Chamber Alto Mouthpiece. One of the most sought after mouthpieces one of Phil Woods favorites. This came out of the case of the 1960's Mark VI Sax I just bought, the case had not been opened for over 35 years. The mouthpiece is in very nice clean condition, it has some wear so I would not say its mint but it is pretty nice.
