This item is "MIB": in mint condition in its original box. The 7" mini bust was from a local comic book store liquidation and was opened strictly for inspection purposes to ensure its condition for resale. The photos are for the exact item for sale. 

Individually numbered #330 out of 550.

The box overall is in very good condition with no visible tears or creases but some edge wear due to storage by the comic book shop.
