These appear to be early field Camera Tripod legs as opposed to surveyor Tripod legs. Not sure of the maker, most of the really old camera tripods I've had were marked on the crown. I looked everywhere on these for a mark and found nothing. They measure just over 56" long when fully extended. Nice condition if you have a crown to attach them to, no damage I could find.
