The presented backpacks possess some natural long time warehouse condition and usage defects. There may appear some frame scratches, dirts, stains or little patches. All backpacks are ready to use despite of a bit worse visual effect due to the precised defects.

If you get a parcel that has been opened or damaged, you must check the contents in the presence of the postman and ask him to provide a Damaged Delivery Report.
4. In the event that a parcel gets lost in the Post (and after we get official confirmation of this), we guarantee you a FULL REFUND. We will then make a complaint to Post Office.
5. Shipping time depends of destination. Delivery to some places (such as Australia, Asia, USA for example) usually takes about two weeks by Priority Post.
