(b) RETURNS.

DO NOT open an ebay case for return without contacting me first. To do so is an abuse of the system. I'm happy to accept

returns within 14 days of purchase for any reason at all unless otherwise stated in the auction, on the condition that the

item is in the exact same condition as it was received in, so it can be re-sold as new. No smells of smoke/perfume, stains,

marks, or pet hairs please or I will not refund the full amount.

IMPORTANT: To to cover my time, unless the items is faulty then I will charge a £7.99 re-stocking fee on returns to cover

outbound postage (remember when I send you the item it costs me (also packaging materials, time spent going to the post

office, administration time, materials, and relisting time and costs. The buyer is responsible for postage and safe return.
