This Victorian whistle measures about 4" long and is in excellent condition.Most all of the similar pieces listed describe them as baby whistles but I believe they may also have been worn on a Chatelaine to be used as a warning whistle by Victorian Ladies.It is sterling in color but I could not find any markings other than a monogram.
