As I'm 100% confident that my product is tested with no memtest86 error, issues will more often than not be down to compatibility issues, due to low profit margins on these items I can not bear the cost of expensive returns for incompatibility issues or setup issues.

Returns

You may return the goods you order at anytime with 30 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give me any reason for canceling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty other than the cost of the return postage.

Please check the suitability and specification of the RAM before ordering, incompatibility issues should be returned as above, at your cost

If the return is due to an error on my part or if the item is faulty, I'll cover the return postage. Please contact me.
