If you are not happy with your instrument, you may return it to us. Buyer pays shipping and handling both ways unless we ship the wrong item.
During your 3 day acceptance period:
Please toot the instrument. Do not take to school band, orchestra, audition, clean, hand polished with any cloth or make any modifications
Once the flute has been used or taken to school band, orchestra, audition, or any modifications have been made we cannot accept a return.
Under no circumstance shall Winds101 be held accountable for work performed by anyone outside of Winds101 Company.

You may need to take this to a qualified flute technician and have it properly fitted to your instrument
