Gibson L1 Custom Shop Ren Ferguson Build 1 of 16 Luthier's Choice.  Rare and beautiful.  Adirondack Spruce top.  Select mahogany back and sides.  Deep body like the Nick Lucas model.  Period-accurate Rosewood bridge.  Excellent condition.  This guitar's top was braced by Ren Ferguson, the luthier who turned Gibson back into a reputable acoustic guitar company in the 1990s, and is signed by him under the top and on the soundhole label.  He was proud enough of this limited run of 16 that he helped build them at his Montana home and mentions the run in an online interview. Beautiful looking and sounding guitar based faithfully on a 1928/29 Gibson L1 that Gibson procured for these purposes.  Comes with original hardshell case and certificates of authenticity signed by the famous luthier.

*I have 100% feedback here at CoolOldGuitars and want to keep it that way.  I want all of my customers to be satisfied.  While CoolOldGuitars is a newer Ebay seller, you can check out my 100% feedback at @krl711, where I've been an Ebay member since 2001.  So please ask any questions before purchasing and I will gladly answer to the best of my ability.  I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I have done my best to describe this guitar accurately in the item description, but please also reference all of the included photos, too, as they are considered part of the description.

**If the value of the guitar being sold is more than $300, insurance may be included in the shipping and this cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

***Because of the time and expense involved in properly packaging and shipping vintage guitars, I do not offer returns, so please bear this in mind when bidding.  Many thanks and happy strumming!
