We Only accept payment by Paypal.

Customers who do not already have a Paypal account can always pay by debit or credit card via Paypals site (opening an account is NOT mandatory).

We do ask that all purchases be paid for immediatly to ensure your items reserved.

If your experiencing any payment problems please contact us as soon as possible so we can help to resolve.

• All items purchased with standard delivery will be dispatched within 1 working day with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days.
• Expedited shipping is offered on all our listings for an additional fee.
  
• Items can be delivered 9-6pm Mon-Sunday. Our couriers will attempt to leave in a safe place if one is apparent.
• If your country does not appear on our shipping list then unfortunately we do not curretly ship to there.
• Sundell may ship theProduct to you directly or by providing your personal details to itsthird-party order fulfilment contractor/supplier to the shipping addressspecified by you at the time you place your order.

• Any questions, queries, comments, please feel free to send us a message. We aim to respond to every message within 24 hours at the latest.
  
• If you are dissatisfied with your item or any part of our service please contact us before leaving feedback. Not only does it give us a chance to put things right but it also ensure you recieve our help and support as promptly as possible.
  

If you are not happy with your item please return inthe original packaging and with all tags attached within 30 days. Goodsmust be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will berefunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage andpackaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different towhat you ordered, again please return it to us within 30 days and wewill give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage andpackaging.
