SHIPPING POLICY

Postage charges are inclusive of all costs/overheads, ie. Packaging materials, processing, time taken to post office, transport etc. These charges are non-negotiable; if you disagree then please do not buy the item(s).

If you fail to receive your item, please contact us promptly and we will try to resolve the problem and when possible provide you with a refund.

We offer a postage discount on multiple purchases, if during checkout the shipping amount is incorrect, please do not pay yet.  Please be sure to wait for us to send you a new invoice with the discount reflected. If items are paid for individually they will no longer qualify for the combined shipping discount as they will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Addresses:

It is the buyer's responsibility to update the shipping address on BOTH their eBay and PayPal accounts. We ship to the address listed on the PayPal account. If you require the item to be shipped to a gift address, then these details should be provided immediately upon payment.   

International buyers:

We do ship internationally, please be sure to contact us before hand for the international shipping charge.

It is not the seller's responsibility for any delays or lost or damaged packages caused by the post offices or by customs.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments by PayPal only. All payments must be received within 3 days of purchase.  If payment is not received within this time, then we reserve the right to re-list the item and an unpaid strike will be opened. Items will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared and you will be notified via email once the item has been dispatched. 

REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. We will only accept returns if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Customers have the right to return their order within 7 days of purchase. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been tried, used, damaged and are in there original unopened state. If an item is damaged in transit we require the buyer to return the item to us in the exact state it was received including all outer packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any p&p charges.

ABOUT THE ITEMS

Please note that we are buying and reselling our items, we DO NOT make them. Thus, if you experience any allergic reactions to any of the cosmetic products we sell, we advise you immediately discontinue use. Please DO NOT leave us a negative feedback over this, as it is not our fault, we are simply here to provide a service.
