Here at End of Line Exquisite Designs, we specialize in selling surplus stock and past season high end designs at an amazing price. We carry everything from shoes and handbags, to Prom and Mother of the Bride. All of our products are 100% genuine and Brand new (still tagged and boxed unless otherwise specified). We have items from designers such as John Charles, Joseph Ribkoff, Ian Stuart and Lunar to name a few. Payment
All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of the listing end. Please do not buy/bid unless you have the intention to pay. Please contact me if you cannot pay within 48 hours so that we can mutually cancel the transaction
Delivery
All items will be sent economy delivery (either royal mail second class or by hermes courier). We are happy to send special delivery for you (extra charge) should you wish to recieve your items more quickly - this option can be selected at checkout. All items will be dispatched within 2 working days. Please get in touch if you have not received your item within this the specified time frame so that we can contact the carrier. Please specify if you’d like a delayed delivery, delivery to a different address than on your paypal account, or have any specific delivery instructions.
Shipping outside the UK
We do post outside the UK using Ebay’s global shipping programme. The price for shipping is decided by Ebay, and you should contact them for a price. Please get in touch if your country is not covered under the global shipping programme and we can provide an estimate of the shipping costs.
Returns
We offer a 14 day returns window on all of our items (excluding underwear, shapewear and swimwear which have no returns). You should inform us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt and the item should reach us within the 14 days. Providing that the item is returned in the same condition, with no damage, still tagged/boxed etc, a refund will be processed within 48 hours. The original postage will be refunded, however the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Any items returned damaged or de-tagged will not constitute a refund. The onus is on the buyer to return the item safely so please send with a trusted carrier. Any returns requests outside of the 14 day window will be denied.
