Because of continuous negligence from non-payers, any buyer who wins an auction and fails to pay (regardless of reason) will have an unpaid item claim opened against them. If payment is still not received within the allotted time after the claim is opened, a non-paying strike will be issued against the buyer's account. Subsequently, the buyer will be placed on the permanent block list and will not be allowed to bid on anymore items. If you are ill and have medical expenses, then with all due respect you probably shouldn't be spending too much money on hobbies anyways. If you have a "reckless teenager who likes to go onto your account and bid on stuff", change your password. BINs and accepted best offers are treated just like winning bids. If you win the item, you're expected to pay. No pay = permanent ban, easy as that. This limited run of Walter Payton jerseys were produced following Super Bowl XX by Wilson Sporting Good. Only 3,400 of these commemorative game jerseys were made. WE ONLY SELL 100% GENUINE MERCHANDISE, ABSOLUTELY NO KNOCKOFF OR COUNTERFET PRODUCTS HERE!!! If you need additional pictures (closeup of tags, numbers, etc) to verify the product's authenticity feel free to email us and we will gladly provide pictures for you; no one selling fakes will offer that! We have years of collecting experience and can thoroughly answer any detailed questions you may have. All you need to do is contact us request what closeup images you want (up to a reasonable amount deemed by the seller). However, please only request additional images if you have real interest in bidding. Our items are neatly folded and stored away, so it's a pain to get them out, take multiple images, re-fold them, and re-store them. We have no problem doing this if you have genuine interest in the item(s), but emails from members who constantly ask for additional images and don't ever bid will be ignored.

All items are SOLD AS IS and we do not accept returns for any reason. We try to describe everything (including any flaws) to the best of our abilities and are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYER'S REMORSE. This means that if we say an item is in good condition, it's more than likely in good condition. If there are flaws, we try to mention those as well. However, we are only human and sometimes details may fall through the cracks. These details include (but are not limited to): crooked/slanted/off-sewn numbers, uneven stitching, discoloration/yellowing (namely on white garments), cracked screenprint/vinyl, incorrect fonts, scuff marks/blemishes/residue, and anything else that may not be easily spotted. EVERYTHING IS OPINION-BASED, WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL GRADERS! We are not a rental service, so we don't offer a return option as some members will buy an item, use it for a few days or so, then find some excuse to return it. Furthermore, we have noticed that some buyers (whether intentionally or unintentionally) will buy something, do something to damage the item themselves, then ask for a refund claiming that it wasn't in the condition described. Therefore, the only way to fight this is to have a clearly stated, rather inflexible policy on such matters. Our policy is as follows: We consider your going through with the bid that the item in the listing, just 'AS-IS' with no returns, is totally find with you - and when you bid on an item that says 'no returns', the site does as well.

We will not accept returns and/or exchanges for jerseys fitting too big/small. Just because a jersey is labeled a certain size, don't assume it will measure a certain way. For example... if a jersey is labeled size 48, don't assume it will measure 24" from pit-to-pit. Even when listed in a certain size, jersey measurements may differ considerably depending on team, year, manufacturer, etc. Game jerseys are especially tricky because 2 players might both wear the same size, and their respective jerseys will fit completely different. If you want measurements, ASK!

Users with zero feedback must contact us before bidding or your bid may be cancelled without notification. Failure to pay is a violation of the contract you agreed on by purchasing this item. Furthermore, you will subsequently be put on the permanent block list for disobeying the rules and will not be allowed to bid on other items. So, if you have zero feedback and want to be a regular customer, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. We welcome all members who have a genuine interest in the item to bid, but because of too many non-payers, we are now enforcing this rule.

We will listen to all REASONABLE offers, but any lowball offers and/or complaints about pricing will be ignored. Members who repeatedly email us complaining about prices or send other harassment messages may also be put on the permanent block list.

The winning bidder is expected to pay as soon as possible. If payment is not received within a timely manner (however long the site's grace period is) and no contact has been made, a non-payment case will be opened against the buyer.  We like being flexible for our customers, but please make your arrangements beforehand. If you need more time to pay please contact us before the auction ends, not after. Your item(s) will be sent out once payment is received.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING LOST AND/OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL!!! We take great care of packing up every item; everything is well packaged and neatly folded. After it is received by the post office, it is out of our hands. For international buyers using the global shipping program, please contact the website for your tracking number.
