This adapter allow you to reverse mount enlarging lenses with 43 mm front filter thread on a M39 LTM bellows or mount adapter and works great for macro / micro photography. 
A solid adapter, made in aluminum, with male 43 mm x 0.75 thread on one end and male M39 LTM thread on the other end.
The adapter is partially painted matte black.

With this adapter, many enlarging lenses will have the same M39 LTM thread on both ends, making easier the use of the enlarging lenses on both directions.
You can leave it permanently mounted on the lens and to use a M39 cap on it.
It's a custom made adapter, designed by a professional photographer, machined and tested one by one.
