We use the Royal Mail and they normally take 2/5 days to deliver.
If for any reason your item is known to be delayed we will email you.
Any items requiring personalisation will be shipped 2/3 days after artwork is agreed

RETURNS
Returns within 14 days are accepted on non-decorated items
We'll gladly replace or refund in the event that there has been an
error on our part or the item is faulty; all postage will be paid by us;
otherwise the return postage cost is your responsibility.
All items must be returned complete with their tags attached where
applicable, and in new, unused, re-saleable condition with original packaging.
We suggest you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Returns of decorated items will not be accepted unless it is our error.
PERSONALISATION
We can personalise most garments by the use of embroidery or print.
A text only left breast embroidery is included in the price.
We can embroider your logo; prices will depend on the complexity
