Vintage Rare Collectible.

This pen has a character.

1990s 1st Edition "Montblanc Meisterstuck Gold Vermeil Solitaire Solid Silver AG925 Pin-Striped Classique 144 Fountain Pen" :

Early Montblanc Meisterstuck instruments (1970s/1980s) used to come without any serial codes. They had a word "Germany" or "W-Germany" on the Clip". In 1990s Montblanc first time introduced modern computerised 9 Alphanumeric serial codes to their Writing Instruments.

In 1990s it was also the first time when montblanc introduced "Pin-Striped" pattern for their solitaire pens. (Earlier in 1980s Montblanc used to make solitaire pens with "Barley" design. )

This Gold Vermeil Solid Silver pin-striped solitaire pen holds the 1990s 1st serial code (9 Alphanumerics with Germany on the Clip) which makes this pen rare and collectible.
