All of our items will be posted in the following day of the payment goes through, excluding weekends / UK holidays.
Times of Glory runs as a consignment / dress agency. All items are cared and stored in a smoke free environment. All items have been strictly inspected, described and photographed. Once an item is sold, the payment goes to the consignor. Thus, all our items are sold AS-IS and in good faith. Before purchase please check our listing descriptions, photos and measurements carefully and ask all the questions to make sure items' colour / condition / fitting / personal preferences. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or mis-described items for full refund or exchange (if possible) due to genuine mistakes made by us ONLY, providing
1) the buyer inform us within 2 days of receipt. This is based on the delivery time; 2) all items are sent with Times of Glory garment tags and these tags must still be attached to the item for us to process your return; and 3) If an item has been mis-described (such as the wrong size or the item is damaged), please accept our sincere apologies. We always try to be extremely careful, however we are human and may make the occasional error. In such cases we will happily refund the return postage. Otherwise we do not refund the cost of return postage.
We encourage return items to be sent using a traceable and insured service. For overseas customers, please mark and select “return for a refund” on the postal package. Once we have safely received and checked your item, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
We accept the following payment methods
1. UK bidders: Personal Cheque; Bank Transfer or PayPal.
2. International bidders: Bank Transfer or PayPal. For PayPal payments, we can only post the item to the shipping address provided by PayPal.
Please check out within 48 hours of purchasing, otherwise the item might be relisted.
